When Bank Melli’s HR and training departments approached us, they had a clear objective: make internal organizational learning more engaging, competitive, and fun. Employees needed to absorb company policies, product knowledge, and compliance protocols, but traditional training methods lacked the energy to keep staff fully motivated.
Our solution was Bankido, a game‑based learning platform built around a lively competition format. Each participant created a digital character and entered a virtual race against their colleagues. The only way to advance on the track was to correctly answer organization‑specific quiz questions. Every right answer pushed the player ahead, overtaking competitors and earning valuable points.
We carefully designed the question sets to reinforce real work skills and critical company knowledge. Timed challenges and bonus “speed boosts” rewarded quick thinking, while leaderboards kept departments buzzing with friendly rivalry.
From a technical perspective, Bankido was built to run smoothly across all devices, with responsive graphics and real‑time progress tracking. We ensured secure user accounts, accurate scoring, and integrated analytics so management could measure both participation rates and knowledge retention.
The results were outstanding: employees reported significantly higher engagement with the training material, knowledge test scores improved across the organization, and the racing competition created a sense of unity and excitement within teams. Bankido proved that corporate education doesn’t have to be passive, with smart gamification, it can be one of the most enjoyable parts of the workday.
