The Story

Digikala’s customer loyalty program, DigiClub, had a strong foundation and a dedicated user base and clear reward mechanics, but the marketing team wanted to take engagement to the next level. The brief was simple yet challenging: design a gamified experience that would not only increase daily activity but also create a more emotional connection with the program.

Our answer was Digi Poly, a Monopoly‑inspired, fully customized digital board game tailored to Digikala’s branding and business goals. In this interactive world, users progressed across the board by completing actions that mattered most to the platform: purchasing products, earning loyalty points, and taking part in special challenges.

Every tile offered surprise rewards — from bonus points to exclusive coupons — and strategic features ensured players stayed motivated to return: limited‑time “event tiles,” seasonal prize pools, and special missions that aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.

One core technical challenge was integrating the game logic with real‑time loyalty point data, ensuring that every user move was validated and instantly reflected in their DigiClub account. Our development team implemented this flawlessly, delivering a smooth experience across both desktop and mobile browsers.

The impact was immediate. Engagement metrics for DigiClub surged, users performed more activities than average, and the platform saw a measurable increase in repeat purchases during the campaign period.
